The first episode of our podcast series First on the Scene was spotlighted on CNN’s New Day with Christie Paul.
The first episode of the series tells the story of Gladys Mitchell, the 911 operator who received the first calls for help on September 11th 2001. The events of that day and the memories that still haunt have been life changing for Gladys. Her story and the recordings from her 911 calls have never been heard before.
